Evelyn was one of the nicest people I have ever met. I ALWAYS ebjoyed talking to her at church and in the grocery store. I got an envelope in the mail from her not too long ago. My daughters friend had colored her a picture during church and left the picture in the pew. Evelyn thought my daughter should have it so she mailed it to us. I will miss her smiling face.

I had gotten to renew my acquaintance with your mother while back in Sumner these last few years. Last time I saw her in July at WELCA during the bible study, we were asked about listening to God. Your mother responded that the night before she was as she sat outside in the evening and enjoyed the quiet. She was a wonderful lady and my prayers are with you at this time.
